Crawford’s Auto Repair is moving! Same great service, new location.

Crawford’s Auto Repair has acquired Rich’s Automotive on Frye Road in Chandler AZ. All current Crawford’s Auto Repair operations will be moving to that location. We will be keeping the best of both shops and merging them into one. Same great service, new location. Here is the new address:

Can I still call Crawford’s Auto Repair at 480-201-0740?

Yes, we are keeping the same number.

Can I still call Rich’s Automotive at 480-899-0649?

Yes, for a while anyway, you can still call this number and get service.

How far away is the new location?

Rich’s Automotive is about 6 miles from Crawford’s current location in a southeast direction (about 4.5 miles south and 1.5 miles east)

How long can I continue to have my vehicle serviced at the Mesa location? What is the timing for the move?

We will continue operations at the Mesa location through May 20 (which could change). It’s hard to say exactly since there are lot of details involved in moving and there will be some building upgrades at the new location which factor into the timing. Current customers of Rich’s Automotive will start to notice changes such as new signage. We are looking to have all operations moved to the new location by June 1, 2022.

You will probably start to see our new location as our business address on places like our website, Google and Facebook in the last week of April. When in doubt, call. We will continue to update this blog post as more information becomes available.

I’ve been a customer at Rich’s Automotive for a while. How do I know Crawford’s will care for my vehicle the same way?

If anything we hope to make the service better by merging the two shops. The staff is mostly the same, we are simply bringing our staff over and combining the two. Crawford’s Auto Repair has been operating for 10 years providing quality service and we have superb customer satisfaction. We care for your vehicle as if it belonged to our own mother. If you ever feel like you don’t receive 5-star service then let us know and we’ll do what we can to make it right!

Why did Crawford’s decide to move?

The new location is three times the size of our current shop and has easier road access. This is an exciting opportunity to provide better services and more convenience to customers! A couple of the bays are larger which will also allow technicians to service larger vehicles out of the AZ sun and heat.
